Rapping About Prevention, Inc. (RAP)


Rapping About Prevention provides interactive assembly programs for grades K-12 on the topics of: Exercise/Nutrition, Violence/Bullying Prevention, Anti-Drug/Alcohol, and STD/Abstinence Education. As a health educator, motivational rap artist and a 2x boxing champion, presenter Sterlen Barr inspires and motivates youth to make healthy choices. Sterlen and his dance group, Special EFX, deliver a high-energy presentation using facts, humor, personal experience, audience participation, and a live rap and dance performance. Feedback from RAP programs has been extremely positive. Workbooks for the exercise/nutrition program called Fun, Food and Fitness are available for grades K-12.
