National Aerospace Training and Research Center (NASTAR)

Students visiting NASTAR will see the world’s most advanced high-performance centrifuge, the Phoenix Centrifuge, an altitude chamber, aircraft simulators, and ejection simulators. They will experience hands-on learning and discover the science behind technology. Programs incorporate science, technology, engineering, and math education with fun, inspiring, and engaging activities. Students will not be permitted to try out the training equipment. Individual Teacher Orientation Tours can be arranged. Field trip content has been organized to reinforce PA academic standards for science, technology, engineering, and career education.
