The Retreat Petting Farm

The Retreat Petting Farm offers a fun experience for all ages and an opportunity to learn abut Vermont farm animals and agriculture. Campers will feed and touch more than 50 animals on the farm and learn about the lovable creatures. They can participate in various activities like holding a newly hatched chick, feeding a one ton oxen, grooming a miniature horse, playing with baby goats and lambs, feeding piglets, visiting with the farmer, driving toy trucks, and more. Group tours and workshops such as Anatomy of a CowPreschool Barnyard Music & FunEggs CellentButter MakingSay Cheese Please, and Ice Cream Making are available with reservation.
