The Farmers' Museum

Groups can take a themed tour that explains what it was like to grow up in the mid-19th century, learning about simple machines, and explore career options of the 1840’s. Workshops allow groups to learn history through hands-on activities: in the 19th Century Life workshop they can explore the art of blacksmithing, become a printer’s apprentice, weave a basket, learn the craft of quilling, and more.
