Liberty State Park

Discover the vibrant world of plants, wildlife, and natural history that surrounds us everyday! Your learners can go on an interpretive walk as they study the many treasures this wetlands environment has to offer. Look for insects, study pond life with nets and field guides, explore habitats, or even learn about the life and health of trees including their structure, growth patterns, as well as a bit of their role in culture and history. Older learners can seine in the river for fish and shrimp, or go on a virtual treasure hunt, as they learn more about the estuary.
