Echo Lake Aquarium and Science Center

A visit to ECHO will teach students about ecology, culture, and history. Exhibits include over 70 species of fish, amphibians, invertebrates, and reptiles; and 100+ interactive experiences. Students can participate in live animal feedings while learning about the care of animals and their natural histories. ECHO also offers daily storytellings, short films, and presentations. The Action Lab, ideal for older students, lets groups participate in real eco-studies like building a virtual watershed or observing threatened species. Examples of school programs include Wetland Wonders, Native American Games, Basin Biodiversity, overnights, and all new behind-the-scene tours.
