Ridgefield Playhouse

The Ridgefield Playhouse brings live, curriculum-rich theatrical productions to the stage each school year. Topics like literature, history, science and culture will come to life. Shows vary by season. Students might see exquisite folk dances accompanied by a traditional mariachi band and colorful costumes; experience folk tales from around the world; adventure into early Native American history and culture; be entertained by a seamless blend of hip hop, theater, improv and stand up comedy; and much more. Ticket prices are affordable for all school groups. Title 1 schools may be able to receive free tickets and buses, as well as access to an Education Coordinator for a pre-show workshop.
