Genesee Country Village and Museum

Step back into a living, working 19th century historic country village. Knowledgeable costumed interpreters keep the hearth fires burning, the gardens growing, the livestock tended, and the blacksmith’s forge a-glowing! In the museum’s programs and guided tours, groups can play 19th century games, explore the natural world through journaling, learn and participate in trades and crafts, learn about and try 19th century cooking, trace the history and science of maple sugaring, and more!
