Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens

Come explore 3 glass domes, and 9 greenhouses, filled with vibrant flora from around the world! With featured collections such as dinosaur topiaries, carnivorous plants, and Ponderosa lemon trees with fruits the size of basketballs, the garden has something for everyone. Programs for younger visitors focus on the plants they eat while they grind wheat berries and grate lemon peel. Elementary and high school-aged visitors can learn about water usage and the importance of protecting America’s water, by examining pollution in a river ecosystem.
