Institute of Contemporary Art

The collection of the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) represents the very best art being made today, including the iconic modern and contemporary "Art by Women", and provides an important resource for contemporary culture in Boston. Guided tours provide social and cultural contexts for understanding contemporary art and use an interactive approach to learning. Groups may choose either the Focus Tour, highlighting one of the featured exhibitions, or the Introduction to the Art & Architecture of the ICA Tour. Groups of more than ten may tour the ICA independent of a tour guide. Please schedule in advance to receive the discount.
