New York’s favorite restaurant for youth groups is now New York’s favorite classroom. Student, scout, and homeschool groups will feel like chefs for a day as they step into our one of a kind kitchen to learn the basics of food safety and restaurant operations in kitchen tours designed to compliment NYS Learning Standards.

Students will be treated to Mad Science’s most amazing science demonstrations our Mad Science Kitchen Chemistry Educational Program where they’ll use fire to measure calories and learn the science behind dry ice. Each program is followed by lunch. After dining, students receive a junior chef certificate with an added bonus to redeem for a special treat on their next visit.
