Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens

The Bartlett Arboretum and Gardens inspires groups to explore, examine, and appreciate the natural history of the botanical world and its place in our lives. All of the educational programs feature hands-on activities aimed at connecting groups to the natural world. Students and scouts will use microscopes to examine seeds, complete water quality tests, use nets, magnifying glasses, and basic identification guides in the pond to collect plant and animal species. They can also create their own vegetable seed kit to take home, meet carnivorous plants, handle and learn about the tools used by beekeepers, and take a walk through the wetlands.
