Land of Make Believe

 
A teacher designed and built the Land of Make Believe to excite imaginations and make learning fun. Visitors can enjoy thrilling rollercoasters and spinning rides, sideshow games, an arcade, and a variety of water attractions at Pirate's Peak. Pirate’s Peak features over 400 feet of waterslides, starting from 40 feet in the air and featuring spirals, switchbacks, a waterfall, and more. Visitors can also explore a Pirate Ship and Halloween House, and enjoy classic rides like the Tornado and the Grand Carousel. Be sure to take a ride around the park on the Civil War locomotive train ride! Special rates on group trips available. Land of Make Believe has everything for a safe, inexpensive, fun-filled and educational group trip!

SCHOOL
Lesson plans can be created to incorporate learning into students’ visit. Many of the park’s attractions have a unique history. Students can see the 1748 Jenny Jump House, and learn about the story and legend of Jenny Jump State Forest. They can also experience the 1863 C.P. Huntington train built in Paterson, NJ; Old McDonald’s Interactive farm, which provides learning opportunities with animals from the petting zoo; and the Mining Company, where students can sluice for gems and fossils, and learn to identify their findings. Learn more and book your trip today.
