New York City

Asia Society

Founded in 1956, the Asia Society contains exhibitions of traditional and contemporary Asian and Asian American art. Groups will learn about the art currently on view, talk about the way art relates to their lives, and discover the new concepts that make today’s art compelling. Groups can also sketch in the galleries with pencils, and, when permitted, with charcoal, crayon, and pastel. Exhibits for the 2015-2016 season include contemporary video art from the Philippines and Japanese sculptures.
