Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens

Dallas' most beautiful classroom is a 66-acre botanical garden with 2,400 varieties of plants such as myrtles, azaleas, Italian jardinières, tulips, roses, and more. Towering trees, fragrant gardens, and lush lawns set the stage for a natural teaching experience. Educational programs at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens explore topics such as the ecosystem, life cycles, patterns in nature, and weathering, with hands-on investigative activities. Interdisciplinary programs let groups get creative with art, storytelling, and photography activities at the Arboretum. A minimum of 15 people per group is required to qualify for group rates.
