Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University

The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University is Philadelphia’s natural history museum. Groups will have the opportunity to get face-to-face with towering dinosaurs, meet live animals, explore a tropical garden filled with live butterflies, and see three continents of wildlife in their natural habitats. Groups will enjoy hands-on learning and making observations in Discovery Lessons, a series of interactive experiences that focus on topics such as evolution, fossil forensics, and more. Other activities include live animal presentations, a daily page turning of John James Audubon’s The Birds of America, and a chance to speak with real scientists.
