Fosterfields Living Historical Farm

This living historical farm provides activities and demonstrations of farming life, as it was over 100 years ago at Fosterfields! Learn about farm and domestic life while talking to costumed interpreters. Watch the farmer work with period machinery and tools. Meet the resident farm animals: horses, cows, chickens, sheep, pigs, ducks, and turkeys. Help with daily chores, like collecting eggs, cracking corn, churning butter, and doing laundry on a washboard. Discover how each person's work contributed to the daily running of the farm, and learn about the history of the Foster family through the collection of journals, diaries, and invoices.
