Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science

 
Located in Downtown Miami’s Museum Park, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science provides groups with an interactive science learning experience. The 250,000-square-foot museum features a planetarium, aquarium, and various science exhibits that explore STEM. Groups can enjoy a planetarium show, touch stingrays in the aquarium’s Florida Bay Touch Experience, build and launch planes in the Feathers to the Stars exhibition, and more. Museum space is also available for special events.

SCHOOLS
Field trips at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science engage students of all ages with numerous interactive and educational exhibitions that explore the world of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in a fun and novel way. You can make the museum your classroom as students learn about the science behind living systems, the biology of the human body and mind, the physics of flight, light, and much more. Each field trip includes admission to all of Frost Science’s exhibitions, along with supporting field trip materials. Scouts can work on Aviation, Astronomy, Space Exploration, and other science related badges at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. The museum’s Feathers to the Stars exhibit allows scouts to explore aviation from animal flight, to human flight, and space exploration.
