Columbia Marionette Theatre

Using the art of puppetry, the performers at Columbia Marionette Theatre tell entertaining and educational stories to grownups and children alike. Students can enjoy a field trip at the theatre which includes a showing of the current main stage production, Q&A session with the puppeteers, backstage tour, and hands-on experience with the puppets. For an additional fee, participants can create their own shadow puppet, while learning about the principles of shadow puppetry. Each year the theater goes on a traveling tour, and puts on shows about world culture, history, fairy tales, and holiday specials for all to see!
