Clay Center

The Clay Center is home to the Juliet Art Museum, Caperton Planetarium, Avampato Discovery Museum, Maier Foundation Performance Hall, and Walker Theater (black box theater). Groups will enjoy a fusion of art, science, and more on a field trip to the Clay Center. Art exhibits and programs at the Juliet Art Museum focus on the natural environment, scenery, and more. Shows at the planetarium aim to teach groups about Greek astronomy, volcanoes, reefs, and American landscapes. Programs at the Avampato Discovery Museum allow groups to participate in crafts, story time, and much more. Performances in the Maier Foundation Performance Hall and Walker Theater for the 16-17 season include Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy and the Woody Hawley Concert Series.
