Houston Ballet

Learn about the ballet through Houston Ballet’s matinees, dance classes, and free studio performances. Matinees are full-length performances held during the school day with discounted prices - groups will not only enjoy watching the ballet, but can also participate during interactive intermissions. Studio performances, free for Houston-area students, bring to life the history of classical music while highlighting the unique elements of the orchestra. Outreach programs include Ballet Talks, a 1-hour storytelling experience, where a Ballet educator introduces students to the art form with costumes, props, and a video from a Houston Ballet performance.
