Haitian Heritage Museum

Visit the first Haitian museum founded in the United States and learn all about the culture of the Caribbean nation. Groups will have the chance to enjoy Haitian art, artifacts, Haitian music, watch Haitian films and read Haitian literary works. Exhibits feature art by Caribbean and American artists, which have included Babette de Waele, Charles Jean Pierre, and more. Educational field trip programs focus on subject matter of the art currently on view in the exhibit. During the month of May, the museum holds a series of book readings, performances, and other fun activities.
