Explore the water on an engaging science boat cruise. Students can learn about the salt marsh ecosystems of Owls Creek, and gain experience with real marine science equipment as they help crew members collect and identify different types of fish and plankton. Through investigation, discover the characteristics of these creatures and how they reflect their environment. The Whales & Wildlife program lets groups go on a cruise in search of whales, birds, seals, and other creatures, while the Dolphin Discoveries cruise offers up-close observation of dolphins and lessons about dolphin behavior and conservation of the species.
