Carolina Pride Pastures

For a unique and unforgettable rural field trip, visit the alpaca farm at Carolina Pride Pastures. During a guided farm tour, visitors will get to see the alpacas, the guardian and shepherding dogs, and the fleece ready to be made into yarn. Tours include an educational presentation on the history of alpacas in the US, how fleece is made into yarn, and more. Trips can also be customized to include hands-on alpaca crafts, photo opportunities, and activity books to take back to the classroom.
