Grover Cleveland Birthplace

Come to the boyhood home of Grover Cleveland! The only house museum that interprets the life of the 22nd and 24th president, groups can see a kitchen, parlor, and bedroom that reflect the middle-class life of the family around 1837, garden beds with 1830’s period plants, as well as Cleveland’s cradle and original family portraits. Over 90 artifacts document the President’s private life and career, with memorabilia from the 1884 campaign offering an unforgettable glimpse into American politics of the era. Groups can dress up in 1890’s period clothing, play 19th-century children’s games, and try embroidery and quill pen writing.
