Johnstown Children's Museum

Part of the larger Johnstown Discovery Network, the children’s museum offers comprehensive exhibits and programming for groups. Visit the Johnstown Timewarp and explore what life used to be like in Johnstown, or explore dams, rain, and waterworks at the Water Room. The kid sized Steel Mill, City Works, Kitchen, General Store, and Coal Mine (complete with slide!) give groups interactive immersion experiences. On nice days, groups can head outside to the rooftop terraces of the Heritage Discovery Center, where they can learn about native Pennsylvania plants.
