Boyd Hill Nature Preserve

Visit a 245-acre preserve featuring pine flatwoods, swamp woodlands, a playground and more. Boyd Hill Nature Preserve’s ecosystems offer groups a well-rounded nature experience through guided tours, exhibits, and environmental programs. Groups will encounter a diverse range of wildlife such as anhingas, turtles, raccoons, and other animals while strolling along the preserve’s 6 miles of trails and boardwalks. Informative displays in the education center will teach groups about Florida’s plant and animal life. Programs allow groups to learn about bats, animal habitats, and orienteering.
