Glazer Children's Museum

Downtown Tampa’s Glazer Children’s Museum helps groups learn important concepts in math, art, and science through interactive play and exploration. Groups can visit the museum to enjoy workshops or experience the new SMALLab, the first motion-capture lab of it’s kind! Educational programs focus on fractions, weather, shapes, colors, matter, parts of speech, finance, and more. SMALLab scenarios allow groups to work together in efforts to dissect a fairy tale, solve math problems, and play unique memory games. Other activities include using yoga to learn about shapes, playing a trade game to understand the Port of Tampa’s role in the trading industry, and Skype calling with a News 9 Meteorologist.
