Eastern Florida State College, the Planetarium & Observatory

Scientific discovery awaits your group at Eastern Florida State College’s Planetarium & Observatory. Located on the Cocoa Campus, the facility features a theater, science exhibit hall, art gallery, and more. Groups can learn about the solar system through planetarium shows that focus on the planets, galaxies, the Cosmos, and other topics in science. Field trips can also include a visit to the Science Quest Exhibit Hall, which has interactive exhibits on topics such as Big Dipper, gravity, meteorites, lightening, and telescopes. Groups can also visit the 20-foot-diameter Observatory Dome on Fridays.
