Learn about the history and technology behind some of your favorite foods at MOFAD Lab. The Museum of Food and Drink’s exhibition design studio, MOFAD Lab houses smaller exhibitions that explore the commerce, production, history, cultural significance, and science behind the foods we eat every day. Currently working to create exhibits you can eat, MOFAD’s multi-sensory approach to learning about food allows groups to see, smell, and touch food, flavors, and more. Guided tours and hands-on activities (with provided lesson plans) offer students a deeper look into the food system and exhibit content.
