Children's Museum of Virginia

On an exploration of the Children's Museum of Virginia students will stroll along the mini city streetscape with a grocery store, fire truck, pet park, and city bus; go bonkers for bubbles; move cargo crates; board the tugboat; track the model trains all over the state and more. Focused programs led by Museum Educators are aligned with the Virginia State Standards of Learning. Programs provide students with opportunities to experiment, explore, and learn through the wonderful world of hands-on learning! Topics include energy and forces, magnets, life cycles, simple machines, and many more.
