State Farm® Youth Advisory Board (YAB)

Since 2006, State Farm’s Youth Advisory Board (YAB) has provided funding for service learning projects lead by young people interested in making a difference in the community. Groups can apply for service learning grants for projects in the arts, community safety, health, justice, access to higher education, economic empowerment, and more. Private schools are eligible if they collaborate with a public school for their service learning project. Students in high school or college aged 17-20 can also apply to become one of the 30 YAB members that distribute grant money for service learning projects.
