Historic Jefferson Railway

All aboard the Historic Jefferson Railway, where students and scouts will see Jefferson from the gas-powered antique locomotive. Narration of the trip can be focused on topics like Jefferson history, steamboats, trains, eco-habitats, or the Civil War, to name a few. Trains will make an educational stop at the Diamond Don Gator Pit, where groups will see the feeding of 9 live alligators. Railway trips can be combined with a number of other attractions, including the Lone Star Carriage Rides, and the Museum of Measurement and Time.
