Museum of the Southwest

This museum combines science, art, and history to produce an imaginative experience for visitors of all ages. Highlights from the art collection include illustrations, paintings, and textiles and crafts, with galleries devoted to subjects such as landscapes and animals. Groups can learn about the development of Southwestern artwork as they explore a variety of subjects and themes. Other features of the museum include an archaeology collection, lithography by John James Audubon, and a sculpture garden. Groups can explore the museum on their own or with a tour guide, and enjoy hands-on activities such as art classes, puzzle solving, and more.
