Nasher Sculpture Center

Nasher Sculpture Center is home to more than 300 modern and contemporary sculptures. During their visit, groups can explore the outdoor garden while taking in stone, bronze, ceramic, relief, and other innovative sculptures. Sculpture by artists such as Segal, Rodin, and Matisse are among the many works on display, along with rotating special exhibits drawn from other museums and private collections. Groups can explore the Sculpture Center on their own, or schedule an engaging docent-led tour or workshop. Visits must be scheduled 3 weeks in advance.

– Vincent Van Gogh created over 2,000 works during his lifetime. However, he was only ever able to sell one of his paintings while he was alive.

– Leonardo Da Vinci was left-handed. He took notes from right-to-left instead of the English language standard left-to-right.

– Pablo Picasso was arrested and questioned regarding the theft of Mona Lisa in 1911. He was released without being charged.
