Davis Planetarium

Day turns to night on the dome of the star theater as thousands of starts and planets appear overhead at the Davis Planetarium. Witness what would happen if you got too close to a black hole and see how one is able to warp time and space. Immerse yourself in a race to return to the Moon 40 years after the historic Apollo landings. See how a competition among privately funded international teams is ushering in a new era of lunar exploration. Learn about the Moon’s resources and discover what humanity’s future on the Moon might hold. Shows can be made in conjunction with other activities at the Maryland Science Center.
