South Shore Children’s Museum

The South Shore Children’s Museum offers a fun and interactive way to learn about United State’s history through interactive exhibits, like the Wild, Wild West. Groups can come and create crafts while discussing social studies topics, before running off to play and learn in the exhibits. With a little imagination, learners will be leading a covered wagon across the prairie, harvesting cranberries, drawing water from a well, hanging clothes to dry on a line, and preparing food for a Native American meal. Programs are an excellent way to learn about westward expansion and the southwest.
