Summerfield Zoo

Home to many indigenous and exotic animals, this zoo is the place to learn about everything from alligators to zebras. Groups can visit for 2 hours when the zoo isn’t open, and have a tour of all of the species at the zoo. Tours include the chance to touch different animals, time for lunch, and a classroom lesson. Groups also have the option to explore the zoo on their own. Some of the many animals include mountain lions, wolves, reindeer, and monkeys. Many of the animals are rescued animals, from Northern Illinois.
