WVHS Planetarium

Discover the wonders of the night sky at the WVHS Planetarium. Educational field trip programs are best described as live, multimedia lessons that are grade level appropriate, content centered, and connected to Next Generation Science Standards. Content topics include an introduction to the sky in "Friendly Stars", a tour of the solar system in "Journey through the Solar System", and the most popular program "General" in which a little of everything is covered. After school programs for scouts include hands on learning to help boys and girls achieve requirements for badge work.
