Museum of the Cherokee Indian

Give your group an extensive history lesson on the Cherokee Indians at Museum of the Cherokee Indian! Groups will find themselves in a world filled with Cherokee artifacts, digital films, holographs, photographs, and more. Exhibits at the museum touch on a variety of topics in Cherokee Indian history including the Trail of Tears, the Green Corn Ceremony, and the Cherokee language. Educational programs allow groups to learn traditional dances, make baskets or arrowheads, hear a story told by an experienced Cherokee storyteller, and even take a nature walk with a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians!
