Pennypacker Mills Historic Site

Experience what life was like in the early 1900s at Pennypacker Mills. The mansion was home to former Pennsylvania governor Samuel W. Pennypacker. In addition to seeing the fully furnished mansion and the former governor’s antiques, visitors can tour exhibits and participate in nature walks and various workshops. Tours are free; hands-on activities are $5.00 a person/day, which can include General Store, Life in a Coal Mine/Children at Work, Victorian Kitchen Gadgets, and Children’s Heritage Garden.
