Albany Pine Bush Preserve and Discovery Center

Groups can explore the unique plant and animal life that depend on the pine barrens for its survival. Learn and utilize the tools used to maintain the ecosystem, and help to restore it by participating in a seed-collection activity. Research the rare buck moth and meet one up close, hike in the Preserve using a handheld GPS and compass, discover how animals adapt to the harsh winter weather, and more!
