Northern Lights Rock and Ice

Our Community Team Development program provides a unique, fun and meaningful learning experience for sport teams, schools, churches and community groups. We utilize experiential activities as metaphors for developing leadership and team skills.
All of the initiatives, exercises, high, mid and low challenge courses, rock and ice climbing are designed as experiential learning tools to build individual and team trust levels, problem solving, utilize clear and concise communication to overcome obstacles and setbacks in the midst of a "stressful", "pressured", and "risky” environment over the course of your NLRI experience.
