Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County

Devoted to educating the public about the Holocaust and the dangers of antisemitism, bullying, racism, and intolerance, the Center offers programs that focus on the history of intolerance-based violence, and the intolerance-based violence that continues today. The aim is to promote resistance to prejudice, and foster understanding, inclusion, and an engaged citizenship. The Holocaust Program takes groups on an age-appropriate tour, including an eyewitness account from a Holocaust survivor and follow-up discussion.
