Southold Indian Museum

Dedicated to the cultural preservation of Long Island’s Native Americans, by helping to increase public understanding through objects and oral history. Groups can view a wide collection of Native American artifacts including traditional paints, clay pots, arrowheads, medicines, and fishing nets. Included in the tour is a storytime program, where learners listen to tales and hear music on handmade instruments from Native Americans.
