New Jersey

Battleship New Jersey Museum

Visit the largest battleship ever built, nearly three football fields long and over 11 stories high. Commissioned for service during World War II, the Vietnam War, and the Korean War, the Battleship New Jersey is America’s most decorated battleship and surviving warship. Choose from a variety of tours, including the new Turret II Experience Tour, Fire Power Tours, City at Sea Tours, the Fish and Ship Tour, and the Ticket to Freedom Tour. Hoist projectiles, load powder bags, plot a firing solution on the analog computer and squeeze the trigger to simulate the firing of this massive gun. Programs meet learning standards for New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
