Programs at Milford Point consist of hands-on, inquiry-based activities that relate to earth and life sciences, ecology, conservation and citizenship. Students will view live native animals, carry out habitat investigations, build skills in observation, collect and record data, explore human impacts on the environment, and more. Topics include Diversity of Animals, Native Americans, Rocks & Soil, What Makes a Bird a Bird, as well as Weather & Climate, Rocks & Soil Ecology, Adaptations, Wetland Ecology, Bird Ecology.
