Robotic Explorers

Let Robotic Explorers challenge your students or homeschoolers to develop their skills in science, technology, and engineering; and inspire them to become future scientists, engineers, and fellow LEGO designers. Through a variety of workshops and classes held in our 5,000sq.-ft. engineering lab, students can discover their potential while building robots of all kinds: including LEGO robots, robots with sensors, racing and soccer-playing robots, and more. Their ideas will bounce off the walls in our Master Builder labs, or they can explore our Mindstormer's platform, as they test a robot that uses sensors and mechanical actuators to complete their projects. In addition to enhancing their creativity, your students or homeschoolers will develop team building skills and have fun in the process. Don’t forget to ask about our outreach programs.

We can offer workshop programs ranging from 2 hours to the full day. Students can learn about robotics building and programming as they work together to solve problems, and apply creativity to mechanics. They can learn about simple machines and how they are used to create more complex mechanisms, as well as how to integrate their LEGO building at home. A custom program can be designed to fit the interests and goals of your group, whether they pertain to programming, electronics, physics, careers, or even team building.
