Yankee Clipper Harbor Tours

Yankee Clipper Harbor Tours provide a fun, educational experience that invites students and scouts to explore the flora and fauna of one of the world’s most productive ecosystems. The crew will weave together the area’s maritime, economic, and natural history—from the end of the last Ice Age 15,000 years ago to the most modern elements of life in one of America’s most storied harbors. Groups will observe plankton under a microscope, measure water salinity, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen, learn about the importance of coastal estuaries, and see harbor seals and many species of birds and wildlife. They’ll even get to pull a lobster trap! Reservations are required because this trip is by private charter only.
