Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center

A 150-acre wildlife sanctuary of hills, fields, meadows, and swamp, that provides a home for many species of flora and fauna. The Visitor Center features nature exhibits, a small natural history library, and "animal ambassadors" including a Bearded Dragon, snakes, and owls. Visit any time during the year to enjoy exciting, educational, and hands-on seasonal activities and presentations.
